DANIEL G. HAMM
Daniel G. Hamm is a licensed attorney practicing in the Montgomery, Alabama area with over 20 years of experience. He is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court, and all State of Alabama courts. Mr. Hamm practices in the field of Bankruptcy Law, Taxation and other areas related to financial matters. While being an attorney, Mr. Hamm is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He has also handled and won numerous adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. Since 2001, he has also served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama. In this capacity, he represents the bankruptcy estate and oversees the liquidation of estate assets to facilitate a distribution of monies to creditors. During this time, Mr. Hamm has, as trustee, overseen in excess of 5,000 bankruptcy cases. Mr. Hamm is also a member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hamm also discusses numerous personal and business financial matters before various groups including college students, business and civic leaders and professional organizations. He has acted as a speaker at many seminars and has also appeared on local broadcast programs to address financial topics. Furthermore, Mr. Hamm has also practiced Criminal Defense for over 20 years. He has handled and won criminal defense cases in both state and federal court. In particular, Mr. Hamm specializes in the criminal cases related to financial crimes or tax related matters. CARLY B. WILKINS
Carly B. Wilkins is an attorney licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and all State of Alabama courts. Mrs. Wilkins primarily practices in the field of Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Defense. She graduated from the University of Alabama, and obtained her law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Middle District of Alabama, whereby she represents indigent criminal clients. While in law school, Mrs. Wilkins interned for then Chief Justice of Alabama Sue Bell Cobb, and was a law clerk for a criminal defense attorney in Montgomery, Alabama.
